Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If there is a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. Some parts may have extended lead times from the manufacturer. If your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
- Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM will ship the following business day.
- For high-volume orders, we may contact you with options if shipping charges are unusually high.
- Overnight delivery is available only within the continental United States.
- Occasional delivery delays may occur.
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses unless special arrangements are made.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. Tracking numbers become active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Donbrownbusparts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact Don Brown Bus Sales for assistance.
Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged items, as they may be needed for filing a claim. Please have a description of the issue and photos of the damage ready to expedite the claims process.
International Shipping Policy
Shipping to Canada
- We offer shipping to Canada with all applicable customs fees, duties, and taxes being the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on location and the size of the order.
- Customers will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped.
Global Shipping
- We also ship to most international locations outside of Canada. Shipping rates, estimated delivery times, and availability will depend on your location and the size of your order.
- All customs fees, duties, and taxes for international orders are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping timelines vary depending on the destination country and local customs processing times.
