Return Policy

Our return policy is based on the assumption that parts were sent correctly, on time, and without fault by DonBrownBusParts.com.

  • Final Sale: All sales on electronic parts are final and are not eligible for refund or return, except in cases where DonBrownBusParts.com is at fault (e.g., the wrong item was shipped or the item was defective upon arrival). Warranty claims will still apply for eligible items under manufacturer guidelines.
  • Warranty Returns: Warranty parts must be returned within 15 days of receipt for full credit. Any warranty refunds or replacements are subject to the review of the OEM. Returns are not accepted after 15 days.
  • Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee applies to all returned items unless DonBrownBusParts.com is at fault. This includes cases where items were damaged during shipping.

Return Process

To request a refund, initiate a return within 15 days of receiving your item. Refunds are only granted for items returned in original, resellable condition.

Condition Assessment

All returned products will be inspected upon receipt. If any damage occurred after delivery, additional fees may apply, and the refund amount may be adjusted based on the item’s condition.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed once the item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5  business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
