In-Stock Orders
In-Stock Orders
Orders for in-stock items placed before 2:00 PM will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will ship the next business day.
Out of Stock Orders
Out of Stock Orders
Out-of-stock items will be drop-shipped directly to your location. Shipping timelines for these items depend on the lead times set by the parts' OEM.
Partial In-Stock & Out of Stock Orders

We strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping for all your orders. When placing an order with multiple parts, please note the following:
- In-Stock Items: If some of the parts in your order are in stock, we will ship them promptly to ensure you receive them as soon as possible.
- Out-of-Stock Items: Any parts that are currently out of stock will have slightly longer lead times as we work to replenish our inventory.
It is common to receive partial shipments in these situations. Rest assured, we will keep you informed about the status of your out-of-stock items and provide updates on their expected shipping timeline.

To initiate a return or refund, contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. Returns are only accepted for items in original, resellable condition if shipped within 15 days. Warranty returns will not be accepted after 15 days.

A 30% restocking fee applies to returned items unless we are at fault. This includes situations where items were damaged during shipping.

Upon return, all products will be inspected to determine if any damage occurred after delivery. Additional fees may apply for items damaged post-delivery.

Approved refunds are processed once the item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
