Shipping

In-Stock Orders

Orders for in-stock items placed before 2:00 PM will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will ship the next business day.

Out of Stock Orders

Out-of-stock items will be drop-shipped directly to your location. Shipping timelines for these items depend on the lead times set by the parts' OEM.

Partial In-Stock & Out of Stock Orders

We strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping for all your orders. When placing an order with multiple parts, please note the following:

  • In-Stock Items: If some of the parts in your order are in stock, we will ship them promptly to ensure you receive them as soon as possible.
  • Out-of-Stock Items: Any parts that are currently out of stock will have slightly longer lead times as we work to replenish our inventory.

It is common to receive partial shipments in these situations. Rest assured, we will keep you informed about the status of your out-of-stock items and provide updates on their expected shipping timeline.

Thank you for your understanding and patience as we work to fulfill your order completely.

Returns and Refunds

Return Process

To initiate a return or refund, contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. Returns are only accepted for items in original, resellable condition if shipped within 15 days.  Warranty returns will not be accepted after 15 days. 

Restocking Fee

A 30% restocking fee applies to returned items unless we are at fault. This includes situations where items were damaged during shipping.

Condition Assessment

Upon return, all products will be inspected to determine if any damage occurred after delivery. Additional fees may apply for items damaged post-delivery.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed once the item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5  business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

Electronics

All electronic sales are final and cannot be returned.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Damage

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact Don Brown Bus Sales for assistance.

Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged items, as they may be needed for filing a claim. Please have a description of the issue and photos of the damage ready to expedite the claims process.

International Shipping Policy

Canada

  • We offer shipping to Canada with all applicable customs fees, duties, and taxes being the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on location and the size of the order.
  • Customers will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped.

Global Shipping

  • We also ship to most international locations outside of Canada. Shipping rates, estimated delivery times, and availability will depend on your location and the size of your order.
  • All customs fees, duties, and taxes for international orders are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping timelines vary depending on the destination country and local customs processing times.

  • Once shipped, all orders come with a tracking number for easy monitoring. Please contact our support team if you need assistance with your international order or have questions about your shipment.
