To Our Valued Customers,

We wanted to take a moment to talk to you, our valued customer, and let you know of the enhanced protocols that have been put into place at our Dealership. We are closely monitoring new developments regarding COVID-19 and we assure you that the health and safety of our customers and employees is our #1 priority.

Same What, Different How

As an organization, what we do is the same but how we do it has changed. Overall, we have increased sanitation and reduced simple things like handshakes group lunches.

Here is how we’re handling other major aspects of our business:

Customer Appointments

At our office:

Our office will continue to be open for customers to come buy or have any service done on a vehicle. We have increased the sanitization done by our cleaning personnel as well as making sure that we are well supplied with soap in all the bathrooms, and hand sanitizers throughout the buildings.

At your office:

We’ve suspended all travel for our sales representatives for the time being. You’ll still be able to reach a sales representative via phone (518-762-7380) or shop online at buscrazy.net for vehicles and donbrownbusparts.com for parts.

Bus Deliveries

We will continue deliveries but have asked the drivers and customers to conduct as much of the delivery as possible outdoors to limit any potential exposure. Each bus has been equipped with proper sanitization for drivers and customers.

As of now, we do not foresee any impact on our inventory or ability to deliver products of services to our loyal customers. We are staying on top of any federal/state regulations and will continue to monitor all developments and recommendations.
